# NDA Builder

> NDA Builder is a marketing demonstration of a planned structured first-draft NDA product for startup founders. The planned engine would assemble attorney-approved clauses from intake facts, then run Clause QA and Style QA. Optional attorney review would be a separate human step. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. This website does not generate, export, or store documents.

## What it is

NDA Builder is a Phase 1 marketing site for a future NDA-as-a-service drafting engine. The engine (not implemented on this static site) is designed to:

1. Capture structured intake (deal type, jurisdiction, parties, confidential information, duration, special requirements).
2. Select from an approved clause library rather than freely rewriting an agreement.
3. Assemble the document with deterministic templates (structure, numbering, formatting).
4. Run Clause QA (required provisions and drafting rules) and Style QA (approved language, punctuation, structure).
5. Flag situations that need legal judgment for attorney review.

- **Clause QA:** automated checks for required provisions, exclusions, term, survival, notices, and other drafting rules. A pass is not a legal opinion.
- **Style QA:** automated checks for attorney-approved language, formatting, punctuation, defined-term consistency, and structure.
- **Attorney review:** a separate human process, planned as an add-on. It is not offered on this demo.
