What can I do on this site today?
This Phase 1 site is a static marketing demo. You can read the method, switch sample deal situations, see proposed pricing, and try a request-access form. Submitting the form does not send, store, or collect email. The site does not generate, export, or store NDAs.
Who is NDA Builder for?
Founders and operators who need contractor, vendor, or partnership NDAs and want a structured first draft from an attorney’s approved language—not a generic template or a freeform LLM rewrite. Initial investor pitches typically do not require an NDA.
Is this legal advice?
No. NDA Builder is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site forms an attorney-client relationship. A structured first draft is a starting point. Legal judgment belongs with a qualified attorney.
Does NDA Builder guarantee that an NDA will be enforceable?
No. This product is designed for consistency, methodology, and reviewability. It does not promise that any draft will hold up in a particular dispute, jurisdiction, or set of facts.
What is Clause QA versus Style QA versus attorney review?
Clause QA checks for required provisions, exclusions, term, and drafting rules. Style QA checks attorney-approved language, formatting, punctuation, and structure. Attorney review is a separate human process, planned as an add-on when a draft is flagged or when review is purchased. Automated QA is not legal judgment.
What is a one-way NDA versus a mutual NDA?
In ordinary usage, a one-way (unilateral) NDA is used when only one party is disclosing confidential information, and a mutual NDA when both sides may disclose. Which form fits a given deal is a legal and commercial judgment. Sample drafts on this demo illustrate both patterns for display only.
Should I send an NDA before an investor pitch?
Initial investor pitches typically don't require an NDA. Focus on the conversation, and ask about confidentiality when the situation warrants it.
Does this demo store my data?
No. This marketing site is static. The waitlist form does not send, store, or collect email. Sample names and clauses on the homepage are display copy, not live drafting.
Is the waitlist real?
Not on this demo. Submitting the form shows a confirmation that nothing was sent or stored. A working waitlist would require a later backend.
Are the prices real?
They are a proposed pricing hypothesis for this demo, not a commercial offer. Studio “unlimited drafts” is not a capacity commitment. Counsel pass scope is defined on the pricing page.
Has a lawyer reviewed this website?
